Community Garden Acceptable Use Policy （ＰＤＦ） Purpose Article.1 The purpose of the policy is to cooperate user each user, preserve the beautiful garden, and manage it appropriately. Qualification of a User Article.2 The user of Akizuno Garten Community Garden must meet the following conditions. 1. A person who can interact with local residents positively 2. A person who has a will to attend annual activity program in Akizuno Garten. 3. A person who has a will to aim a productive garden. 4. A person who can participate a group work of public part in Akizuno Community Garden. 5. A person who can comply acceptable use policy. Apply to Use Article.3 1. The intending subscriber shall apply by filling out the application form and questioner. 2. Application must be sent or brought in. 3. The intending subscriber can enter only one plot. 4. The intending subscriber shall not request a specific plot. Selection of a User Article.4 There shall be a primary examination and secondary examination to decide a user. Contract of Use Article.5.1. It shall be entered into a lease agreement of community garden by confirming the actual plot within two weeks after a permitted force from the facility founder. 2. The contract period is one year. However, if there is an offer of renewal the contract three months before the contract expiration, the contract shall be updated up to a maximum of five years counting from the year in which the contract date. Use of Garden and Environmental Conservation Article6.1. Cultivation of crops in the Garden is limited to the self-consumption. 2. The user must endeavor to prevention of noise and odors in order to preserve the good environment. 3. The user must endeavor not to manage the situation bother to other compartment. Renovation of the Garden Article7. After agreement, it is not permitted to repair the facilities in the Garden. Article8 1. The user shall understand and practice the organically grown and pesticide-free cultivation in principle. 2. If there is a residue in the time when the use period expires, the user shall dispose it by own responsibility, and receive a confirmation of the facility founder. Cancellation of Contract Article9. The facility founder can unilateral cancel the contract if the user doesn’t perform good management. In this case, use fee isn’t refunded. Compensation of Disaster Article10. Facility founder shall not bear the responsibility for any disaster that the user has received. Compensation for Damages Article11. If the user has damaged the facility, the user shall dispose it by own responsibility, and receive the consent of the facility founder. Regulation Article12. Other these regulations, necessary matters which is related to allotment use shall be determined separately. Supplementary Provisions This policy shall enforce on April 1, 2008. |
